[FEATURE] limit git accesses

🎯 Problem Statement

IssueMatch is asking for full repo access with read and write for all private and public repos which is something users might hesitate to give access to.

💡 Proposed Solution

I want to add a feature so that users can select which access to give (and later also add a feature where they can add and remove these accesses).
This way this product will respect users privacy.

I am not sure how this would affect the issue match result but i would like to consider that too

repo:status - Grants read/write access to commit statuses in public and private repositories. This scope is only necessary to grant other users or services access to private repository commit statuses without granting access to the code.

do we need the code access or just commits is alright.
and also i am trying to find more restrictive access from github scopes but they either give read only access to organisation projects or give both read and write access. Do you have any leads
