Task Description
The current README for IssueMatch is very dense and can be overwhelming for new users and contributors. It needs restructuring for clarity, better onboarding, and SWoC 2026 contributor-friendliness. This includes adding a quick overview, organizing features, improving the tech stack section, linking To-Do items to issues, and clarifying contributing instructions.
Goals
- Make the README easier to scan and understand.
- Improve onboarding for first-time users and contributors.
- Highlight SWoC 2026 relevant guidance.
- Organize technical sections and features visually.
Acceptance Criteria
- Quick Overview / TL;DR section added.
- Features are grouped or formatted for readability.
- Tech stack section clearly separates backend, frontend, and auth.
- “How It Works” flow is presented as steps or diagram.
- To-Do list items link to GitHub issues or are clearly labeled.
- Contributing section is beginner-friendly and SWoC-focused.
- README passes a readability and clarity review.
