Get bot auto deploying and setup dev environment for people to easily test #10
Description
This is a few steps.
- Get bot running on system that doesn't auto restart when it feels like it (Windows...)
- Create a dev discord server
- Add several test bots to the server and lend out the login tokens to people working on the bot
