Hi. Sorry for the late answer. From my experience, everything works fine, I used a lot of IDEs, just keep in mind that you have to enable ozone platform for electron based ones like vscode. Everything else should be good. |

Hi AxOS developers and community! 🙌
I'm a Computer Science student and a Linux enthusiast who primarily uses Linux-based environments for development work. I've recently started exploring AxOS, and I’m especially interested in the Sleex desktop environment.
Before diving in deeper, I’d like to know:
👉 How compatible are major IDEs like VS Code, IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, and CLion with the Sleex DE?
Do they integrate well in terms of:
Window management
Tray icons
Font rendering
Theming (dark/light modes)
Shortcuts and notifications
Also, are there any known performance issues or caveats I should be aware of when using these IDEs under Sleex?
Any insights, tips, or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks in advance 🙏
