Suggestion: Add JEI & REI Compability

Hello,

This is a feature suggestion, I have REI Installed and whenever I edit a sign or open the anvil the colour utility overlaps REI making it almost impossible to click on the colours.

If the mod is able to add compatibility to JEI & REI the GUI should offset to somewhere else.

There already is a keybind to hide the REI gui, which means this mod is already compatible with these mods.
