Documentation does not reflect the code!

Minimal steps to reproduce

Follow the steps in the document, and try to run the code.
There is no mention of what "offer_id" and "bearer_token" means and where these are obtained.

Any log messages given by the failure

Windows 7, 8 or 10. Linux (which distribution). macOS (Yosemite? El Capitan? Sierra?)
python 3 environment on Ubuntu Linux

+1 I also have this issue with both bearer_token and offer_id. I suspect the code needs to authenticate similarly to the example here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/samples/data-lake-analytics-python-auth-options/

I think the section on "Authenticate non-interactively with a secret key" might yield the bearer_token.
