This action currently does not support the creation of an image using a trusted lauch enabled VM. The deployment fails with the following error "At least one resource deployment operation failed. Please list deployment operations for details. Please see https://aka.ms/arm-deployment-operations for usage details.\nThe provided gallery image only supports creation of VMs and VM Scale Sets with 'TrustedLaunch' security type."
The action needs to be updated to provide support for improvements made on the Azure platform including support for Trusted launch.
