Add unit test for IsConfidentialComputingTypeSNP() IsTrustedLaunchEnabled()

Currently, unit tests for above 2 capabilities are missing in the skewer repo.
Created this an issue to track the missing bit.
Overall, skewer needs better testing data..maybe list of all skus (almost)
