Rainbow/chroma enchants not working

All the enchants that are supposed to be rainbow are just white even tho I have the setting for it turned on.

I think this can be caused by SkyHanni, you will need to turn off their enchantment features in order for it to work properly.

I have the skyhanni enchantment feature turned off and my enchants are still completely white

the chroma rainbow, it's not work. I have turned off any other parse enchants mods.

This is because you do not have the chroma texturepack enabled.
