macOS gitignore

There was a concern that MacOS users would need special gitignore rules for their machines. Since this [.gitignore][https://github.com/AzureTechCommunity/talks/blob/main/.gitignore] file ignores all files by default, it might not be necessary.

I cannot validate since I don't have a mac. Does anyone have a mac to validate this?

I just took a look at the .gitignore file and I don't think we need to add anything specific for macOS. It already starts out by ignoring everything except the files and extensions listed.
