Sublevel title & divider

I tested the chart but I need this to complete my requirements the level title and divider as dotted line across the chart

Please check the new updates when making a child from partner tags, it shows extra border.
also how to make group for a group of nodes and collapse them

sublevels is not supported with partners and children of partners
