Dynamo_Toolkit: Implement Internalise Function

Similar to issue: #268

Implementation of internalise feature anywhere in the Dynamo ribbon/available buttons would be extremely valuable. Otherwise for a workflow like LCA, you're forced to pull pull pull on the same canvas in order to catalogue all of the LCA Scope.

In order to manage expectations on this one:

This is unlikely to be implemented unless we get a larger user base for Dynamo (only around 1% of the BHoM components are created in Dynamo) or more development resources. Due to how painful it is to code anything in Dynamo, we are currently keeping functionality to a strict minimum.

@adecler figured it was worth a shot! perhaps we put this at the top of the functionality wishlist once we do get to the implementation of new features :)
