Rhino 8 crashing ETABS Adapter

Description:

When reading bars from ETABS (all versions) the ETABS API method .GetNameList() crashes when using Rhino 8

Steps to reproduce:

Pull bars from an ETABS Model using the BHoM in Rhino 8

Expected behaviour:

Pull bars with no issues when using Rhino 8

Temporary fix turning off support for ETABSAdapter in runtimes higher than 4 to avoid crash in #492
