Add Support for Assigning/Editing ETABS Unique Names

Description:

Many members of the London Structures team have highlighted the need on projects for editing/assigning ETABS objects Unique Names via the BHoM.

This is particularly important and useful when transferring models from Robot to ETABS (that is quite common).
Project teams need to keep track of the names of the objects so that they match in Robot and in ETABS.

Unfortunately, since the BHoM doesn't support names assignments in ETABS, this is currently not achievable and project team members need to spend a lot of time in other work-arounds.

Therefore, it would be great to make the ETABS Toolkit able to allow the users to push object names into the ETABS environment.
