Issue pushing elements to live ETABS model

Description:

ETABS adaptor is having trouble connecting the the live empty ETABS model. It works when we save the empty ETABS model, feeding in the file path and reopening the ETABS model.
The BHoM version is 9.0, and ETABS is 22.7.0.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install BHoM 9.0
2. Open ETABS and create a new model
3. create ETABS adaptor and toogle boolean to true, output return as null

Expected behaviour:

The ETABS adaptor should have connected to the live ETABS model.
