Default adapter tolerance

Description:

Today was another time when I run into issues caused by differences in BHoM and Revit tolerances, which resulted in #1599. Following that, I believe default adapter values should rather be equal to BH.oM.Adapters.Revit.Tolerance.ShortCurve and BH.oM.Adapters.Revit.Tolerance.Angle rather than BH.oM.Geometry.Tolerance.Distance and BH.oM.Geometry.Tolerance.Angle, accordingly.
