Add functionality to define modal and footfall analysis settings in BHoM

Description:

For dynamic analysis all settings must be done in Robot manually. It would be great workflow if this was also possible in BHoM. This would save time setting up dynamic models because of the reusability of the code. Especially the load to Mass Conversion settings, and the analysis types, modal and footfall would be a great addition as it is used a lot.
