Add Feature to Retrieve Joint Velocities

#### Description:
Currently Joint Velocity Results are not retrievable via BHoM.
It looks that SAP2000 API has a function to retrieve them though (cAnalysisResults.JointVelAbs Method).
It would be great to test it and, if working, to incorporate it in the BHoM.
