Finish the babelstat_gui and babelstat_common couchapps

babelstat_common is a collection of views to make it easier for developers to create GUI's.
babelstat_gui is a couchapp for viewing the data as charts and tables.

babelstat_common views finished.
babelstat_gui finished for the selectors (needs styling).

just need to create the show to actually get the data.

the show is done, although it still times out for large queries.
The gui just consoles out the results
