Disambiguate city names

outside doesn't seem to have a way to distinguish cities that have the same name. For example, in the USA, Oakland is a city in the state of California and a town in the state of Maryland. Please provide a way to select the correct city when its name is not unique. If there is already a way to do that, please document it.

The Geolocation API isn't the best to work with as far as filtering goes.

It would probably be possible to open a popup when adding a new city, though to be honest if I had to do it all over I'd choose a different TUI library than Cursive. Unfortunately I primarily use this for the waybar module and only open up the TUI whenever I'm on conference calls and we're blabbing about the weather before a meeting starts, so it's pretty much 'feature complete' for the near term.

I found a work-around: using the weather station names and countries. E.g. KDCA, US is the station at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport in Arlington, VA. It's the station I use for the weather forecast for my neighborhood, which is a few miles away.

It took a bit of searching online to find weather station names. The one for the Deep Creek Lake area in the Maryland panhandle, a popular vacation spot for people who live near Washington, DC, is "Garrett County Airport, US".

This work-around does the job with three disadvantages:

1. You have to search for the weather station that best fits the city you're looking for
2. Sometimes you have to try a few stations to get the right one
3. outside displays the station name instead (e.g. Garrett County Airport, US) instead of a more friendly name (e.g. Deep Creek Lake, MD, US).
