Enable additional flags for my_ls

As of now my_ls does not support the flags that can be used with the ls command. If you override your ls with this script, you lose all the functionality of the additional flags

This could be somewhat addressed by passing any leftover arguments (after your own argument parsing) over to ls, but then it would fall apart if the user used many of the options ls provides, such as those which affect the formatting of the output. Compensating for all of this would be no small task, IMO.
