Having trouble setting it up [Crucible]

I have numlock on and set all flasks to pop on numpad 2, but it doesn't work. I think the issue is the OHB isn't set up but I have no idea how to do that/

The previous version I used worked so I know it's solid, but I'm having trouble getting the new one to work...I'm sure I'm doing something wrong since the new version looks even more polished than before. Thank you for your hard work Wingman!
