Update all http requests to catapult to include user-agent and version of php-bandwidth

• Update header to include value "user-agent":"php-bandwidth-{version-number-of-package}" for any request to catapult
• Update minor version # and publish to composer
• Version number of package should be pulled programmatically. (don't want to have to update a hidden string every time)
