Can't provide Timezone when generating Timestamp

Hi,

I would like to be able to pass a Timezone when generating a new timestamp.
When I create a new Timestamp now, it will use the current system Timezone.

Could you add an optional argument like this?

```bassiuz.now('Europe/Amsterdam')```
