The project is live and usable, but contributor onboarding is still rough for new developers.
Some areas that need work:
- clarify local setup vs Cloudflare deployment setup
- document required env vars more clearly
- explain Hyperdrive vs direct
DATABASE_URL behavior
- add a troubleshooting section for GitHub OAuth, migrations, and deployment errors
- add a contributor workflow section for testing and verifying changes
This would make the repo easier for new contributors and self-hosters to work with.
