Island range upgrade not working

Expected behavior

When I upgrade an island range using (/is upgrade), the border increase and players can move, build and etc. in unlocked area.

Observed/Actual behavior

When I upgrade an island range using (/is upgrade), the border (visualization) increase, but players can't move, build and etc. in unlocked area.


STONE - Unlocked area

When I use this command everything works fine:
/bsbadmin range set DreaMPL 55

Steps/models to reproduce

There is no error in the console.

Without any plugin configuration

1. I create an island (/is)
2. I upgrade an island range (/is upgrade)
   and this bug happens

Version 138 is last when it works good. @tastybento

This is due to a long standing bug in BentoBox interestingly. In build 139 and onward of Updates I use the bonus range option, which appears to not have been working correctly! So, yeah, 138 is the best option until I fix BentoBox, which I'm working on.
