Ports/Pins/Labels and LVS

Figure out pin (electrical) vs photonic port vs text label vs etc.

Want to reserve electrical pins for electrical LVS.
Might want to reserve photonic ports for photonic LVS.

Perhaps have photonic ports on a portphot purpose.

Make sure that flattening with multiple labels at the same location / on the same metal does not mess up either electrical or photonic lvs.
