Remove bibiserv dependency. #704
Description
There is currently a dependency on BiBiServ (http://bibiserv.cebitec.uni-bielefeld.de), for example, when installing the pre-installed version of Theia. In the recent past, there have been repeated problems accessing BiBiserv, causing Ansible to abort with an error.
Instead of BiBiServ, we could use our S3 storage as an (alternative) resource provider or provide a Debian package and distribute it via our mirror (apt.bi.denbi.de).
