Website not updating #4

The website appears to not be updating. Looking at the commit messages on the repo (which act as the source for the website), it appears that changes to the site are made via commits from a Travis bot.
Looking a given commit, it appears the Travis CI run that does the commits is the one running for rg-db-public.
These builds have consistently failed since the last known good build on Dec 14, 2021.
The error appears to be due to an image with the Docker image being used not containing a static library file that is used, but the .travis.yml for rg-db-public has not changed since well before the last known good build, so this is likely due to the .travis.yml file not pinning a specific enough docker image to use.
@sbillinge, given the recent discussion of switching from third party CI services to GitHub actions, investigating this further may be unnecessary until that consideration is resolved, depending on how urgent you think fixing this is.
