Capfitogen on LUMI

The Capfitogen code has grown too data- and RAM-hungry for my laptop, so I would like to test it on LUMI. I have gotten access, and cloned the capfitogen_dev branch to scratch/project#/lieunghe/. So far I get stuck on missing packages, but there will be problems with the script as well.

@trossi, can you help with adding new R libraries to the container? The list of required packages (not sure if all of them are actually necessary) is in ModGP-commonlines. @MichalTorma mentioned you have access to building the container.

PS. I'll try to create prep and run scripts in the same way as ModGP. Beware of upcoming silly questions related to that process!

Hi @evalieungh! I updated the container and added instructions in #45. Basically, I have built the containers on a local computer and pushed to ghcr.io (https://github.com/BioDT/uc-CWR/pkgs/container/cwr). Could you have a look?
