Fix bug

While creating the [brjs-clock](https://github.com/BladeRunnerJS/brjs-clock) we originally tried to run the original JsTestDriver tests by using 'jstd-mocha', but we found that 3 of the tests failed, and this seemed to be because of some bug in jstd-mocha itself.

We should try getting the original brjs-clock tests running again, and then figuring out what the underlying bug is.
