Achievements and DLC aren't working consistently

Hi, I've found that occasionally games will not get added with achievements when they have been added with achievements before, for example Horizon Forbidden West (AppID: 2420110) used to get achievements but now doesn't. Same with Crime Boss Rockay City (AppID: 2933080) so it's not just with one game.

Sometimes even when adding games that I already own in order to get achievements, they get overwritten and the achievements disappear.

Another thing is sometimes when adding a game like Beat Saber (AppID: 620980), the DLC doesn't always get added consistently, sometimes it'll have all the DLC, sometimes only half, sometimes 90%, sometimes none at all.

If this can be fixed, that'd be super appreciated. Thank you and have a great rest of your day!

It's because my server is deployed outside of China, so accessing it might time out.

OK, please try restarting Steam to check if the achievements are loading.

Yes, the games I mentioned are working now. Although games like JUMP FORCE (AppID: 816020) and The Amazing Spider-Man (AppID: 212580) still aren't working. I know they are delisted, but they were also working before. Thank you for fixing Horizon and Crime Boss though!
