Additional file formats as option

While I like the flac format, for some cases, MP3 oder M4A would be great options. Shouldn't ffmpeg be capable to record to other formats easily?

Capturing the audio stream in FLAC is lossless, so converting the FLAC files to the format of your choice will give the same result as spotrec converting the audio to your format. There are lots of tools to do this, so I would prefer to not add the conversion options into spotrec.

Thanks for considering my idea! Yes indeed there are tons of conversion tools, however I would do this conversion anyways. So I'd love to have this done in one step instead of saving huge files to SSD and then adding one more copy, handle all the new files and then deleting the original FLAC files.
