Curate All Mods We Use

We should curate all our mods to improve stability, interoperability, and code quality.

For each mod, we should:

• Try to reconcile with the latest official version
• Remove unnecessary duplications with other mods
• Add optional interoperability for the other mods we use
• Make sure protection is properly respected (Go through all on_place callbacks and make sure they respect protection #347)
• Use my config mod where possible
• Use my notify mod where possible (Implement notify mod on as many mods as possiblle #352)
• Make sure all existing bugs are fixed
• Use tabs, not spaces
• Make sure there are build checks (Add luacheck and GitHub workflow #175)
