Functionality of F4-SMS

F4-SMS needs to be a functional replica of the Stores Management System. The Display form needs to be able to start up, switch pages, allow data entry and interaction, and recall page conditions when pages are returned to.

Each page will be its own object, with a class for the Display itself that looks up data saved in the appropriate page's object instance.

Or perhaps each page would be better as a Struct, if its purpose is only to contain variables and methods appropriate to that page.

Additionally, there will need to be a class to contain the methods and variables associated with system startup operations.
