Run Text Mining on literature sample

Context

• In Create Elasticsearch database with literature sample #621 we ingested into our database the literature until 2022-08-31.
• We now need to run our Text Mining tools on it in order to provide @MFSY with a CSV table with all extracted elements of interest.
• NER outputs should be included; RE outputs should be included only if we have a model already working.

Actions

• Run NER model on paragraphs from Create Elasticsearch database with literature sample #621.
• (OPTIONAL) Run RE model of paragraphs from Create Elasticsearch database with literature sample #621.
• Send CSV output to @MFSY
