Extend API Routes for Application Management

Extend the API Routes available in ManageApplicationApiV1Controller

Includes but is not limited to;

• Listing all applications (with filters like enabled, disabled, created before, created after, etc...)
• Updating an application
  • There should be different routes to update the AppVarModel, AppVarModDetail, and AppVarRemoteDetail classes/properties on an application.
  • Version
  • Type
• Deleting an application

NOTE: All development work for Cockatoo/Echelon has been put on hold due to development related to Open Fortress taking priority.
