Components missing on C1000 svg

We want to add category and component entries for all of the items called out in the Quark C1000 development platform user guide. If you look at Figures 5, 6, and 7 in that PDF, and compare to quark_mcu_dev_kit_c1000/front.svg used in the board-explorer, the SVG is missing several components:
