bbRtools aren't available on R 3.6.1

Hi,

bbRtools doesn't seem to be available under R 3.6.1. Is it possible that bbRtools uses some old packages that need to be updated?

What exactly do you mean by unavailable? How do you 'notice' that it seems unvailable?

What is the exact error you are getting?

I was able to install bbRtools under R 3.6.1. But I had to install the flowCore package beforehand. Without preinstallation, devtools::install_github('BodenmillerGroup/bbRtools') aborted with the following error:

Error: unable to load R code in package ‘flowCore’
Execution halted
Error in i.p(...) : 
  (converted from warning) installation of package ‘flowCore’ had non-zero exit status

@lecords maybe that solves the issue for you as well...
