Failing specs with can't modify frozen ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess after upgrade to rails 4.2.x

After upgrading gems to rails 4.2 (just run bundle update), tests fails because of the issue with ActiveSupport::HashWithIndifferentAccess
