We'll likely need status labels of BIPs and a procedure of moving the BIPs between status. I don't think that we need to figure this out as a priority BUT I wanted to capture the opportunity to become a governance activist*.
*That just means I want to make sure I have all of the decision power!

My proposal is that I get to decide which BIPs are accepted.

Alternatively we could have a simple function considering:
i) number of active members;
ii) number of votes needed
iii) length of bracing period before a BIP gets to a vote/decision ritual

Is there any notation from first BBC which could be appended here?

New ideas:

1. Bordel goes out trippin' - not necessarily dosed, but we could go out for organized field trips and spot visits
2. Equipment crowrdsourcing - we could crowdsource for expensive HW and tools (like for a laser cutter)
