[Bug] [Medium] Sell Menu during Market Closure still Sells

When you close the market with /nas edit, the sell menus /sellmenu (and likely sell commands) still take items and accept the items, instead just giving the player no money for selling their items.

These menus and systems should just send the market closed message instead.
