I can not build this package. Any suggestions?

Same here. But it seems that this package is unfortunately heavily outdated. After fixing this particular error, several other will come up, if you are trying to build this for any of the newer ROS2 distributions, since this package appears to have been written for ROS Foxy.

But for those interested, the error mentioned above can be fixed by adding find_package(Python3 COMPONENTS Interpreter Development) to the CMakeLists.txt
