Unable to Run RemoveDPTF.bat #4

Hello there, I have been unable to execute the batch file from both cmd or powershell (tried stock one and powershell 7 but still no luck), as admin and without admin rights. I always get the following message on the console whether I run the batch file or a single command from. My OS version is Windows 10 Enterprise 22H2 build 19045.4170.
In the end, I had to manually diable the drivers and add the registry key. What am I missing?
