• upstream/downstream synaptic count filter
• better prefiltering of spurious links (self-links, links with matching pre/post skeleton closeby)
• clarify best way forward regarding customIDs vs. e.g. connector_mapping table with @tomka
  • possibly adding configuration tables to data model to store settings parameters (currently in settings.py for one dataset only)
• group presynaptic nodes by cleft (requires changes to the data model)
• transfer tool to use world coordinates of synaptic links
• implement upstream/downstream fetch functionality
• faster insert of data into postgres (from sequential insert statements to bulk inserts)
