The binding and perturbation datasets will always only display 1 row for a given dataset (ie if there are 4 version of mahendrawada, 3 promoter and 1 original author data). This selection applies to all.
for later, possibly, in the dataset filter modal, offer option to set "original author results" that doesn't affect global promoter settings.
