Description

@Roslin22

Description:
Users are unable to easily distinguish between chapters that have already been transcribed and those that have not. This makes it difficult to track progress and may cause confusion while working on large projects.

Steps to Reproduce:

  • Open a project with multiple chapters.
  • Transcribe one or more chapters.
  • Return to the project view page
  • Click on convert-to-text again
  • Observe that there is no clear indication of which chapters are already transcribed.

Expected Behavior:
Chapters that are already transcribed should be clearly marked (e.g., with a status label, color code, or icon) so that users can easily identify them.

Actual Behavior:
There is no clear visual indication of which chapters are already transcribed.

Environment

Suggestions:

  • In the chapter modal window, already transcribed chapters can be displayed in a different color, while non-transcribed chapters can be shown in another color.
  • When clicking on a transcribed chapter, the button should change to "Retranscribe".
  • When clicking on a non-transcribed chapter, the button should change to "Convert to Text".
  • When user clicks both like transcribe and non-transcribed the button should be disabled
  • Status button can show in way is 3 out of 5
