Transcription Failure for Book MAT Chapter 7

Transcription for Book MAT, Chapter 7 is failing, resulting in an error message with a 'Retrying' status and incomplete or erroneous output. The issue persists even after re-uploading the chapter with different content.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attempt to transcribe Book MAT, Chapter 7.
2. Observe the transcription process.

Expected Behavior

The system should successfully transcribe the audio for Chapter 7 and return the complete and accurate text translation for all verses.

Observed Behavior

1. The system encounters an error message during transcription, displaying a "Retrying" status.
2. The API response contain the text translation for all verses.
3. Some verses in the response contain the error message "AI translation failed".

Troubleshooting Attempts

The following steps have been taken, but the issue was not resolved:

1. Re-uploaded the original Chapter 7 file.
2. Re-uploaded a Chapter 7 file with completely different content.

Possible Cause

It is suspected that the issue might be related to a flag or process that handles data skipping/modification.
Hope when we upload to same or different content, it clears if modified true and skipping for data." This suggests a potential caching or state issue tied to the chapter/file identifier that needs to be reset or cleared on re-upload

Same issue reported again. We need to do an R&D on this. I think we can add a chapter wise delete option that may fix this issue

Hi Joel, to help identify the problem can you

1. Identify the users and projects for which this issue is happening add it to the issue with screenshots, recordings of the latest occurrence with time of occurrence
2. Download the admin logs

and upload these in the issue so that we can see what is happening at the backend , that is if errors were encountered etc.
