Implement Notes/Comments for Text and Audio Corrections

Issue

We require a feature that allows users to add notes or comments directly in the UI during the text and audio correction/editing process. This is necessary for providing context, accountability, and detailed feedback for each specific edit made to the text or audio.

• Users can add a note/comment linked to a specific text edit.
