Tier names are in Spanish, and missing tiers

The bug was filed from the Enggano LingView site:

"We noticed that it is now possible to use FLEx files rather than Elan files, which would save us a couple of steps, so we tried this out, and it mostly worked well. Could I ask you about a couple of things? Here is the LingView page that we got from the FLEx file:

First, we are not sure why the tier names are in Spanish. We did not change any of the language options, and the rest of the page is in English, so we are not sure what has happened. Is there a switch that we should change?
Second, some of the tiers do not appear: 1) the English and Indonesian word gloss, 2) POS, 3) notes in English and Indonesian. Do you know how we can get these to appear?"

Some initial diagnostics:

• On the Enggano site, seems like only the linked story has these 2 issues in the tier names, and this story is the first story in the index page.
• Issue 1 is also happening on the A'ingae site -- the tier names are in Spanish even though the site is in English.

Update: the Enggano lingview was locally edited to resolve the issue. But, the BrownCLPS Lingview should also eventually be edited.

First bug is here: the English labels are commented out, but instead the Spanish labels should be commented out.

Second "bug" is likely to be here, where we specify which tiers are ignored. Not sure if we should actually change the BrownCLPS/LingView code, or just point Mary to these lines so she can customize.
